Accommodation
In 1904, Mynd Court was built to house the parish vicar and later used as a retirement home. Previous owners have carefully renovated the main house and in recent years a self-contained, modern holiday let was added to the property. This beautiful house is now owned by Deborah Bond and family.
The holiday home offers comfort and tranquillity with its stunning views of the surrounding Shropshire hills and woodland. A tiled lobby, ideal for boots, coats and equipment leads into a spacious sitting room with a log burner, Sky T.V. and comfortable seating. The apartment is fully central heated.
The bedroom contains a luxurious super king sized bed that can, if required, be easily prepared as two full size single beds. The bathroom has both a separate shower and bath. The sizeable kitchen is extremely well equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, dining table for four, and an iron and ironing board.
The accommodation has its own secluded patio with a table, chairs, parasol and a barbecue. This outside space is for the exclusive use of guests and can be a charming sun trap during summer months or a spot for the Christmas tree in the festive season. There is private parking for up to two cars and a lockable storage facility is available for bikes.
All utility bills, bed linen and towels are included in your booking fees, as is a supply of logs and kindling for the log burner. The barbecue is set up ready to go. Additional barbecue fuel may be purchased from local garages and supermarkets.
